Project 302 . Advanced translation list from standard English words to Basic English.

Scope
    Create translation list to suggest how to translate standard English words to Basic English words or expressions based on Othological Institute's "The General Basic English Dictionary". This is to carry the 7,500 word "The Basic Dictionary" to the 20,000 word level.

    Read IDP - "readme" for the downlaod of the current translation dictionary (project 301) -- over 25,000 words, derivatives, spellings, and meanings.
