Transcription Required

While you are browsing some of the Ogden archieves, you will frequently come across the expression  "(more)". This indicates that all the text is not there and the text needs to be transcribed. Also, sometimes a scanned image will be inserted. Such images require much longer for readers to download by our many readers that do not have high-speed internet access. Some of these readers are charged for their download time and such images are prohibitive to them.
Types of Transcription Needed
• Pure reading of sentence after sentence can be easily and directly transcribed. Simply type, email it, and it will appear on the website almost immediately.
• Complex text containing many italic, bold, tables and formating requires HTML codes to be added. These pages are most useful if typed by an HTML programmer who can insert the required coding.
  If the missing pages are not available as scanned images, then write us indicating the book and sections you are interested in transcribing and we will provide the scanned pages onlne for you to see.
• New Content -- we also will enthusiastically put up original material that you have written in Basic English.
• Picture Projects. The Words in pictures pages need to be completed. One, perferably two, or more pictures are needed to give the senses of each basic word. We will also integrate them into the teaching books.
