Can items of commercial, public interest may be assumed understood via popular culture?. Examples of the inappropriateness of adopting into Basic the latest "necessary concepts". Consider the subject of music listening.

One almost suspects that an item of technology be must exist for a couple of decades to even qualify for consideration. Anything newer would be handled as "popular culture" or as is true with the Internet, truly "international" words.

This gets complicated in a hurry. These are paths of interest to your author. The General Science list adds some words necessary to get us into the physical world, but the word electricity is an assumed "International" word.

Or can we assume or expect the categories of SCIENCE and LITERATURE be so encompassing that Web Writing will be naturally covered. A web writer would want to be represented on the deciding council of both Science - Electricity and Literature - Writing.
LITERATURE is an assumption, perhaps this will be LIBERAL ARTS. We must balance generality with the practical aspects of Basic - British American Science, International, Commercial - English
Is COMMERCIAL be the only other authorized major specialty, Sublists for Business and for Economics exist.
